Luxury ‘Low Tox’ Townhouse Plans Filed for Burleigh
Luxury boutique “low tox” residential infill plans have been filed for a tightly-held pocket of Burleigh Heads at the southern end of the Gold Coast.
The proposal comprises a trio of three-bedroom townhouses, each rising four storeys and capped with private rooftop pools and entertaining areas.
Amara By Design, led by Kara Simone Kennedy, is the developer behind the project, which is earmarked for a 562sq m site at 10 Brake Street.
