Gold Coast builders are turning developer, working on their own beachfront projects as apartment prices boom.
The price of an apartment at Bilinga, between the Gold Coast Airport and the beach, jumped $355,000 to a median of $1.58 million across 2024, according to Domain’s House Price Report.
That growth has added incentive to development on the strip, including plans by CHM Living, led by Norwood Constructions founder James Quinert, for a six-storey block (pictured top).
