The pipeline of tower approvals is still on the rise at Broadbeach on the Gold Coast with upscaled plans for a 19-storey highrise given the green light.

Its go-ahead comes just three months after revised plans were lodged seeking an additional four levels to the original 15-storey scheme given the nod in 2022.

Sydney-based Finesse Property Group is behind the development, which is earmarked for a 607sq m site at 10 St Kilda Avenue that, according to property records, was acquired in June for $4.4 million.
