The masterplan vision for a vertical “micro urban village” comprising seven mostly midrise towers with more than 400 apartments has been revealed for a Brisbane bayside super site.
It is earmarked for a 1.84ha holding at Wynnum—about 20km east of the CBD—that has been identified as a key catalyst site for the area.
Development applications have been lodged for two of the three “super lots” that make up the city block-sized parcel at 14-20 Colina Street.
