Height Rise Sought for Under-Way Bondi Junction Shoptop

Bondi Junction The Centennial Collection

A dual-tower development under construction at one of Sydney’s busiest gateways to its iconic eastern beaches was once rejected for being “excessively large”—now the developer wants to make it even bigger.

Set on a prominent, 2481sq m triangular block at Bondi Junction, the project is visible to tens of thousands of commuters daily along Oxford Street, York Road and Syd Einfeld Drive.

The development, known as The Centennial Collection, is led by Westgate BJ, a subsidiary of Stargate Property Group, itself a Bondi Junction-based, family-owned developer.
