Eastern Suburbs Specialist Plots Bondi Block
Plans for a five-storey, 11-apartment scheme have been filed for one of Sydney’s priciest postcodes.
The proposed development at 88–90 Ramsgate Avenue, Bondi Beach, would replace two existing buildings with a contemporary structure that includes basement parking for 16 vehicles.
The application, submitted by HSN Property and designed by PBD Architects, comprises a mix of garden apartments, middle-floor units and three-bedroom residences.
