Housing Tower, Six-Level Aged Care Plans for Inner Perth City of Vincent

A Wollongong-based developer is proposing a 16-storey apartment tower, and a Perth provider has filed plans for a six-level aged-care establishment, for the inner-Perth City of Vincent.

For 194 to 200 Carr Place at Leederville, Woolongong-headquartered Blaq Projects, headed by Jared Beneru, is planning a 16-storey tower with 13 one-, 55 two- and 37 three-bedroom apartments.

The project also includes one four-bedroom apartment.
