Billbergia’s Fresh $1bn Plan Leads Wentworth Point Flurry
Billbergia has revealed its third set of plans for a $1-billion precinct on a prominent Sydney Harbour site.
A request for SEARs has been issued by the developer for its HDA-declared Bennelong Cove precinct on Burroway Road at Wentworth Point.
At the centre of the scheme are two 50-storey towers that boast “architectural roof feature[s]” spanning five storeys.
