The Property Council of Australia this week attempted to instill confidence after more than a year of plummeting office valuations, nose-diving transaction volumes and the stalling of new office developments.
But MSCI head of real assets research for the Pacific Benjamin Martin-Henry says it is evident that Australia isn’t weathering the office downturn well.
