Aria Property Group’s Canopy House project at inner-city Brisbane’s Kangaroo Point has been given the green light—again.

It has been a somewhat deciduous planning and design process for the Brisbane-based developer.

Since its first 20-storey iteration was filed in 2022, the seemingly everchanging scheme has been bulked up and scaled back amid shifting planning policy, challenging industry conditions and a site expansion.
