1. Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Singapore


This popular tourist destination developed by Las Vegas Sands Corp. is estimated to be the most expensive building in the world with a construction cost of approximately USD$6 billion. The Marina Bay Sands Hotel rooftop features an infinity pool designed by renowned architect Mosche Safdie. Supported by three towers, 57 stories high, it is claimed to be the largest rooftop pool in the world.

 
2. Sirocco/Sky Bar at Lebua, Bangkok


Sirocco/ Sky Bar is located on the 64th level of the State Tower in Bangkok. Designed by the international architectural and interior design firm, Design Worldwide Partnership, this famous rooftop location is instantly recognisable by the large gold dome in the centre of the building. This rooftop bar is known for its famous cocktails.

 
3. Rooftop Cinema, Melbourne


Situated in the centre of the Melbourne CBD atop the Curtain House on Swanston St is the Rooftop Cinema. This cozy rooftop has been fitted out with deck chairs and a projector, and screens a diverse selection of films ranging from classic 80s comedies, indie and cult films to more recent thrillers and dramas.



4. ROOF on theWit, Chicago


Nestled atop theWit on the 27th floor, sits the most famous rooftop destination in Chicago, ROOF. The outdoor lounge space features fire pits and a retractable glass enclosure with climate control to ensure a comfortable temperature all year long. With live entertainment, award winning cocktails ROOF attracts both locals and visitors from all around the globe.

 
5. Top of the Strand, New York City


Top of the Strand is located on the 21st floor of the Strand Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. This intimate rooftop lounge features a retractable glass roof making it the perfect retreat all year round. The interior was designed by Lydia Marks.

 The views of the Empire State Building and friendly atmosphere has seen Top of the Strand titled New Yorks best Year Round Rooftop Bar by New York Magazine.



6. Radio Rooftop Bar, London


Radio Rooftop Bar is located on the 10th floor of the ME London Hotel. This rooftop is known for its panoramic views of London landmarks such as Tower Bridge, the Shard, London Bridge and Big Ben and its global tapas menu.

 
7. Le Panoramic, Chamonix


Le Panoramic is a rooftop restaurant located in Chamonix, France. The outside deck offers guests panoramic views of the French Alps and Mont Blanc. This rooftop is easily accessible by cable car for both skiers and non-skiers.
