Link Wentworth Breaks Ground on 700-Home Pipeline’s First Project

Link Wentworth has broken ground on its dual 14-storey towers yielding 141 social and affordable homes at Macquarie Park.

The project at 6 Halifax Street will form part of the broader 2700-home Lachlan’s Line precinct, masterplanned by Landcom.

Link Wentworth chief executive Andrew McAnulty told The Urban Developer that “how we’ve constructed our layering of finance will mean that they’re effectively social and affordable housing, for community benefit, in perpetuity.”
