Prosper Wins Go-Ahead for $92m Midrise Plans in Ku-Ring-Gai

Prosper has won approval for its $92-million apartment complex at St Ives, fringing a golf course and a shopping mall in the Ku-Ring-Gai council area.
Development director Dean LaVigne told The Urban Developer that it was “one of the earliest LMR approvals” in the local government areas, and that the owner-occupier-focused project would target a wide market with a mix of products.
Ku-ring-gai Council fought state-imposed low and mid-rise housing over infrastructure and character concerns, resulting in an alternative council density plan that was approved by the NSW Government and took effect in June.
