4-Star Hotel Planned For 38 Cordelia Street
A new four star hotel has been proposed for 38 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane by the Liu Hung Chen & Chiu Partnership.
It is not yet known what brand the hotel will operate under, but the 11 storey facility will include 238 hotel rooms in total, comprising 200 standard hotel rooms of 26 sqm and 38 suites of 33 – 52 sqm.
