Fresh plans for Toohey Miller’s $280-million Pyrmont skyscraper have been revealed with an application now filed for the 26-38 Saunders Street site.

Toohey Miller founder Nick Couloumbis told The Urban Developer that the tower would be the highest at Pyrmont after Mirvac’s Harbourside and “the only site in the area with Sydney Harbour views”.
