He has led major projects including Eureka Tower and Australia 108 (to development stage), and has founded and scaled multiple ventures across the property sector. His experience includes advising and investing across a broad range of industries, with a focus on growth and capital strategy. He also works with professional firms and high-net-worth clients.

Joe Fitzpatrick leads Pembroke’s Australian operations, overseeing its commercial office and residential investment strategy, capital projects and local execution of global priorities. With a broad background across property leadership, he brings a strong track record in delivering strategic outcomes across complex real estate portfolios.

Ingrid Filmer is senior managing director, Capital Markets – Private Wealth at CBRE, bringing more than 27 years’ experience across commercial real estate. A former CEO of Burgess Rawson Eastern Seaboard, she now leads data, analytics and AI-driven transformation across CBRE’s Metro platform.

Cathy Houston is managing director, Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member for MA Financial’s Real Estate Credit platform, which invests in loans secured by Australian property. She has played a key role in scaling the platform from $200 million to $2.5 billion, establishing it as a lender of choice for developers. Her experience spans real estate finance, credit structuring, asset management and capital markets, with a focus on complex and structured transactions. Prior to MA Financial, Cathy held roles across advisory and banking, including Archerfield Partners, HSBC, RBS and NAB.
