David is the Chief Investment Officer of Cedar Pacific Investment Management – a leading living sector manager and developer across PBSA, co-living and Build-to-Rent. To date, Cedar Pacific has delivered over 10,000 PBSA beds totalling over $3bn of assets, with a pipeline of over 1,200 BTR apartments and an additional 1,000 co-living and PBSA beds. As CIO, David is responsible for investment strategies, new funds and investor relations, as well as setting corporate strategy as part of the company’s Executive Committee. Prior to joining Cedar Pacific, David led the Living Capital Markets team at JLL for Australia & New Zealand, advising on over $4bn of living transactions.
