A hugely popular regular event of Urbanity returns this year—the much anticipated welcome party.

After enjoying one of the guided site tours led by the developers, behind the projects, attendees will be transported to La Luna Beach Club to really get Urbanity under way.

Join more than 300 industry professionals for a premier networking experience with all-inclusive drink and food packages and entertainment.

You can even step outside to the lawn area and enjoy the Gold Coast vibe.

At the conclusion of day three, join us upstairs to connect with new friends, business relationships and chat to The Urban Developer team about your experience.

Prepare for sensory overload at Nineteen at The Star in their sun-drenched lounge bar featuring incredible views of the glittering Gold Coast skyline and a luxe rooftop location.

Dance, mingle, and debrief on the incredible experiences and connections you’ve made throughout the conference.
