Short-Stay Accommodation Plans for Brisbane’s Chermside

Boutique short-stay accommodation plans have been filed for a vacant infill site on Brisbane’s suburban northside.

The four-storey proposal comprises 20 accommodation units and a rooftop communal terrace.

Earmarked for an 810sq m site at 62-64 Latham Street, Chermside, the plans have been lodged by an entity linked to the Sharma Family Trust.
