A commercial building opposite the Rockdale Railway Station in Sydney’s Bayside would make way for 157 co-living rooms under plans by Emag Apartments.
The developer, led by Fred and Joe Ghosn, wants to build a 12-storey shop-top at 465-469 Princes Highway and 5-7 Geeves Avenue, 13km south of the Sydney CBD in the Bayside Council area.
The Alex Richer Architects-designed scheme comprises two commercial tenancies on the ground floor, four indoor communal areas and two open spaces, on levels one and three.
