Plans for another purpose-built student accommodation building just north of Brisbane have been filed as the new University of Sunshine Coast campus doubles in size.
The plans by entity Sunshine BLVD, led by Kevin Gerard Tully, have been forwarded by the Moreton Bay Regional Council to the Queensland State Assessment Referral Agency.
The 203-rom building with 301-beds, designed by Plus Architecture, is planned for a 3100sq m site at 47 Old Dayboro Road, Petrie.
