RPM Group Launches EoI for Schools in Melbourne Growth Corridors

rpm group sponsored april 2023

RPM Group, specialists in development site sales, has launched an expression-of-interest campaign that will deliver two new landmark private schools in Melbourne's western and northern growth corridors.

The schools will be in Eynesbury and Beveridge; two emerging suburbs that offer a rare opportunity to expand a well-established education brand that caters to a new generation of students in one of Melbourne’s fastest-growing regions.

Resimax Group, the developer behind the projects, sees this as an opportunity to partner with schools that share their vision for the communities.

Both Eynesbury and Beveridge are family-centric communities, ideal for Melbourne’s future generations.

“We have always been committed to building the best possible communities and providing residents with choice around education offerings—the inclusion of private schools at Eynesbury and Beveridge furthers these offerings,” Resimax group director Ozzie Kheir said.

RPM Group national director and head of transactions and advisory Ed Wright said: “Eynesbury, in particular, is one of Victoria’s most unique communities. Its location between the booming Melton and Wyndham growth corridors means the suburb already has an established population of more than 3000 residents with the local amenities to match.

“Additionally, our reports forecast the population will grow to more than 10,000 by the project’s completion—the development site is primed to make the most of a vibrant, thriving community.”

The ongoing construction of Mount Mary Road will directly connect Eynesbury to the Wyndham corridor, expanding the student catchment to include the broader Western growth corridor and Geelong. This makes Eynesbury ideal for a non-government education provider to establish a new school.

“In the northern corridor, Beveridge’s future Talisen community will soon be home to around 5000 residents,” Wright said.

“The Beveridge North West PSP includes a 3ha non-government school on the site and offers an exceptional transport network to the Hume Freeway, which easily links to the Metropolitan Ring Road and all major growth fronts to the south.”

Resimax Group is seeking a creative approach from education providers, ensuring the future schools are fit for today and tomorrow.

At Eynesbury, this presents an opportunity for education providers to explore larger school layouts, the integration of green open spaces, dedicated sporting facilities, and even explore potential access to the Werribee Gorge.

RPM Group’s expression-of-interest campaign has caught the eye of several major school groups due to its opportunity to partner with a leading developer and deliver two new schools in Melbourne’s booming growth corridors. The project will cater to a new generation of students, expand educational opportunities, and help build more thriving communities for Melburnians.
