Fishermans Bend Apartments-to-Hotel Bid Wins Nod
A Melbourne-based developer has won approval to swap out apartments for hotel rooms in the second stage of its project at Fishermans Bend.
Samma Property Group, formerly Spec Property, completed the first stage of the development, the Lilix residential apartment project at 51-59 Thistlethwaite Street, in 2019.
The second stage, earmarked for 476-484 City Road in the Fishermans Bend Urban Renewal Area, was to be a scheme of 55 apartments and a retail space.
