A Perth-based rich-lister’s family plans to add to its projects in the east, filing plans for a warehouse scheme in Victoria
The Hodgson family wants to develop a 12-warehouse project on a vacant 12.41ha lot at 130 Heales Road, Lara, near Geelong.
Lara Heales Investments is listed as the applicant on council records and IntraAust Properties is listed as the client on the plans by Concept Architects submitted with the application.
