A large parcel of land located in the thriving Bayside corridor of Redland Bay is available for the first time in 25 years.
An expressions of interest campaign is now under way and is being managed by LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane & Atlantic Real Estate.
The former chicken-raising facility is located approximately 35 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD and adjoins the Redlands Business Park -- a purpose built mixed-use estate.
“Redlands Business Park has provided those business looking for a convenient Location to establish their business between Brisbane and Gold Coast and also service future Industrial and Commercial requirements needed in the Redlands area” Lance Hartley, commercial senior sales and leasing executive at LJ Hooker said.
“The property currently has two houses on the property, three sheds and the property is supported by two dams, perimeter fencing installed, which allows the new owners to run a small number of cattle. Also serviced by an adequate supply of three phase power and town water.”
Mr Hartley said the owners have decided not to renovate the sheds to current standards for a chicken farm and are looking to now exit the property.
“This is an opportunity to secure a large parcel of land with a long-term hold view in mind, in a high growth area close to Brisbane.”
“Over the next 20 years, the Redlands region is forecast to grow by almost 40,000 residents” he said.
Redland Bay is a bayside suburb in the council of Redland City, is bounded by Moreton Bay and North Stradbroke Island in the north and east, Gold Coast and Logan Cities in the south, and Brisbane City in the west.
The property is being sold by expressions of interest, closing 12 October 2017.
