Meriton's $500m Epping Park fast tracked with over 70% sold

The $500 million Meriton development, known as 

Epping Park, is reported to have sold over 70% of available properties.

The project, located on the former Channel Seven in Sydney's Epping, consists of approximately 800 apartments and townhouses over 3 stages.

Stage One is fully completed and ready to occupy with the second stage, which was released in mid-May over 60% sold.

According to Meriton, the third and final stage is to be fast-tracked for release in 2013.

On completion, Epping Park will house 1,700 residents.
