Brothers Michael and Cal Malouf put James Street on the map with the James Street Markets in 2002 and later the much-lauded Calile Hotel. And now they are taking the brand north.

They are about to lodge plans for Calile Hotel Noosa, a 178-key hotel and 15 three-bedroom villas on a 2.4ha site at the well-heeled Noosa Heads. 

They are teaming up again with Richards and Spence who created the iconic James Street Calile Hotel, and arguably cemented south-east Queensland’s love of the arch and biophilic design.
