BtR Tower Wins Green Light in Melbourne’s West

Plus Architecture's rendering of Lofts Property's plans for a build-to-rent project 405-421 Spencer Street in West Melbourne.

A build-to-rent tower that began life as build-to-sell has been greenlit for West Melbourne.

Lofts Property secured approval for the 20-storey scheme proposed for 405-421 Spencer Street from the City of Melbourne Council.

The development comprises 190 apartments plus retail and office space.
