ISPT Approved for $280m Dandenong Logistics Precinct

Concept Architect's render of ISPT's Dandenong Works logistics estate at 7 Princes Highway in Dandenong, south east of Melbourne CBD.

ISPT has won the green light for its $280-million industrial precinct south-east of Melbourne.

The fund manager filed plans for a 12.2ha site at 7 Princes Highway at Dandenong with the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning in July of 2024.

The site, 29km south-east of the Melbourne CBD, will have eight warehouse tenancies across five buildings and include solar power, super canopies and attached office spaces.
