How Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland Helped Realise a Home Paradise

72c716a4-cd34-40d5-83a3-d60da0a5ee48

Although no stranger to collecting coveted awards, Clamroc Constructions were proud to be announced the winner of the 2021 Best Home Remodel over $1 million by Master Builders Queensland for their stunning renovation of a Gold Coast residence.

Situated on a double waterfront block in a dress circle location, this Gold Coast home (known as Tropez Terrace) is exactly what you’d imagine when you think of living in paradise.

▲ The luxury home was fitted with the latest security technology from HIK Vision and a sophisticated home network.

Listening closely to their client’s needs and design aspirations, Clamroc engaged with Harvey Norman Commercial’s Queensland division early in the project to specify premium plumbing, electrical and technology solutions for the exclusive luxury home.

“When we needed to find the best of everything in one place, from kitchen taps to CCTV, we knew that Harvey Norman Commercial would have the best range” a Clamroc spokesperson said.

With their head office and one of Australia’s largest selection centres just 30 minutes away, working with the commercial division was a no-brainer for Clamroc.

“We trust the team at Harvey Norman and know that we can easily contact them for product advice, updates on delivery times or for any changes to project needs” the spokesperson said.

The final result is breathtaking. Featuring four bedrooms plus an executive study, four bathrooms and multiple formal and informal living areas, the home exudes elegance with smooth white walls and grey marble finishes offset by dark timber parquetry and subtle geometric accents.

Bathrooms feature tapware by Australian manufacturer Brodware in a bespoke aged brass finish, fireclay Butler sinks by Turner Hastings, Italian-style bath ware by Parisi and colonial-style claw foot baths from Victoria & Albert, all supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial.

▲ Premium Bathroom products were all supplied by Harvey Norman Commercial.

The team also supplied a suite of Smeg cooking appliances for the large entertainer’s kitchen alongside integrated fridges from German-Swiss giant Liebherr.

If the resort-style pool and private tennis court weren’t enough, the home was also fitted with the latest security technology from HIK Vision and a sophisticated home network, featuring custom lighting control, multi-room audio and intercom, supplied and installed by Harvey Norman Commercial’s smart technology and automation team.

From the generous alfresco areas and lush surrounds to the high-quality fittings that help achieve the laid-back feel of a Queensland resort, there’s no doubt that the project is every bit worthy of its win.

▲ Harvey Norman Commercial's work on the project included electrical appliances, bathroom fittings, smart tech and home security.

Clamroc has also recently completed another luxury home in Tallebudgera, a leafy and tranquil suburb on the southern Gold Coast.

Recently sold, the home made headlines when it became one of the most viewed listings in the country, breaking the sales record by a cool $1 million. They worked with the team at Harvey Norman Commercial Queensland on that project too of course.

With 135 employees, four large format warehouse facilities and three dedicated selection centres in Queensland, Harvey Norman Commercial offers its clients a one-stop-shop for products and services specifically tailored to the construction and design industry.

Harvey Norman Commercial state-of-the-art showrooms are trade only and by appointment only.

The Queensland commercial division has showrooms on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Townsville.

Harvey Norman Commercial showrooms are also at Taren Point, Somersby and Nowra in NSW; Mitchell, ACT; Mile End, South Australia; Osborne Park, Western Australia; Port Melbourne, Victoria; Darwin in the NT; and Cambridge, Tasmania.
