Byron Bay Industrial Precinct Wins Tick of Approval

Hannas has gained approval to carve up an industrial site at 294 Ewingsdale Road, Byron Bay.

Developer Hannas has won approval for its large-scale industrial precinct on the main road into Byron Bay as the sector reaches a critical point in the town. 

The private Sydney-based developer filed plans for the site at 294 Ewingsdale Road with the Byron Shire Council in March, winning the green light nine months later.

The Solus Industrial precinct comprises 17 benched and freehold industrial lots on the 5.6ha site that is also known as 22B Melaleuca Drive.
