Melb Opening Marks Greystar’s Third Aussie BtR Completion
Greystar has opened its second tower at Haiku Yarra in Melbourne, completing the company’s third build-to-rent property in Australia.
Haiku Yarra comprises studio, one and two-bedroom apartments across two towers at 16 Yarra and 35 Claremont streets, with the second tower, of 30 storeys, now operational following the opening of Haiku Claremont.
The group has also launched what is said was an industry-first “love it or leave it” guarantee, under which residents can terminate leases with 30 days’ notice after an initial 30-day period without financial penalties.
