GPT Offloads Docklands Office Tower for $383m

GPT Group has added to a surge of deals worth more than $3 billion so far this year, as it continues to divest secondary office buildings and reinvest in premium CBD towers and industrial warehouses.
Under the latest deal, GPT’s Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF) is offloading its Docklands office building at 750 Collins Street for $383 million to Singapore-based Trust Capital Advisors.
The A-grade commercial office building comprises 41,110sq m of net lettable area across 10 storeys on a 7700sq m site at the corner of Collins Street and Batmans Hill Drive.
