GemLife Greenlit for Over-50s Project at Moreton Bay
Moreton Bay Regional Council has approved GemLife’s $428-million over-50s proposal at Elimbah, the developer’s third land-lease project in the region.
The approval brings the developer’s total regional projects to more than 1350 homes.
The development at 38 Atherton Road, about 50km north of Brisbane CBD, will add 404 homes to the rapidly growing sector catering to downsizers in Queensland.
