Adelaide-based Strategic Alliance has revealed details of its $110-million southern Barossa resort and vineyard proposal.

The project is a joint venture with global hotel giant IHG Hotels and Resorts and an undisclosed winery.

The “established wine label” approached the property investment group in late 2022 to establish a winery and cellar door “located elsewhere in the Barossa” while IHG signed on to the project in March of this year.
