Boutique Hotel Revealed for Sydney’s Rose Bay

A boutique hotel proposed for Rose Bay would become the first dedicated accommodation of its kind in the suburb.

Wang Management has lodged a development application with Waverley Council to turn 483 Old South Head Road, 7km east of the Sydney CBD, into a three-storey mixed-use building featuring 19 boutique hotel rooms and a ground-floor retail tenancy.

The development, designed by Place Studio, includes a concave facade, large glazed windows and a seating area at street level.
