Dirt Turns on Crows Nest Tower After Five-Year Wait

Deicorp Five Ways Crows Nest rendering.

Deicorp continues converting approvals into construction at speed, breaking ground on a $640-million residential tower on Sydney’s Lower North Shore.

Dirt has been turned on four projects since December, adding 2000 homes to Sydney’s pipeline, with Falcon & Alexander the latest to start.

Set on a prominent corner at The Five Ways on the Pacific Highway, Falcon & Alexander will deliver 188 apartments, including 48 for affordable housing, metres from the new Crows Nest Metro station.
