Short-Stay Plans Flagged for Melbourne CBD Fringe Site

An office proposal has been filed for a Melbourne CBD Fringe suburb best known for office developments.

The application now before the City of Yarra Council for the 325sq m site at 117 and 119 Dover Street at Cremorne comprises an 11-storey hotel building with one basement level.

Documents submitted to the council list Mark H Hosking and Min-Wen Lo as the owners of the two allotments.
