Colliers chalked up an impressive swathe of transactions in 2025 and continued its expansion into professional services and consultancy with the acquisition of multiple complementary businesses last year.
The Urban Developer has uncovered the leading real estate firm’s top 10 deals of 2025 as it enters its 50th year in Australia.
The deals reflect a strong growth in retail with multiple shopping centre transactions, as well as office dominating the biggest transactions of the year.
