
Childcare centres are proving to be hot property as growing government subsidies bolster elevating occupancy levels across the country.
Transaction data reveals that 20 Australian childcare centres were sold between May and July this year.
Prices ranged from $1.2 million for a facility in Perth to $14.9 million for a Sydney centre.
