Plans have been submitted for a $200 million apartment development in Lonsdale Street in Melbourne.
Developer Central Equity is seeking approval to build a 67-level, 233m-high tower at 556-558 Lonsdale Street.
The proposed Melbourne Grand Apartments would feature 889 apartments (100 studio apartments, 262 one bedroom apartments, 366 two bedroom apartments and 161 three bedroom apartments).
Central Equity is hoping to build this tower designed by Guilford Bell & Graham Fisher Architects.[/caption]There would also be three ground floor retail tenancies and spaces for 308 vehicles and 275 bicycles.
Amenities would include a common area, function room, gym, theatre room and pool.
The development would be designed by Guilford Bell & Graham Fisher Architects.
Central Equity has also submitted plans for a tower at 268-274 City Road in Southbank.
