Cedar Woods Tops Out Debut Queensland Unit Scheme

Cedar Woods Properties has topped out its first Queensland project a little more than a year after it broke ground at the Greville masterplanned community in Brisbane’s inner north.
Dubbed Vera, the six-storey scheme at Wooloowin will deliver 58 homes in a mix of one, two and three bedrooms.
It will include rooftop amenities such as a pool, barbecue and dining areas, and an outdoor lounge with a firepit and city views.
The project was designed by Rothelowman and is 95 per cent sold.
The ASX-listed developer’s chief operating officer Patrick Archer said it was the first architecturally designed apartment building delivered within the 3.5ha Greville precinct.
Two apartment buildings up to 14 storeys are also planned for the site as part of the wider masterplan.
Archer said the topping out established a strong foundation for Cedar Woods’ future apartment projects across South-East Queensland.
He said this included a planned mixed-use development at Robina on the Gold Coast, next to Robina Town Centre.
Brisbane-based builder Emacen Projects is on track to complete construction in late 2026. Archer said residents were expected to move in before Christmas.

The Greville precinct, about 5km north of the Brisbane CBD, is expected to be completed over four years.
It will include 84 townhouses, more than 200 apartments across three buildings and a collection of heritage homes within the historic Holy Cross laundry building.
Greville’s first two townhouse stages have been completed.
The remaining townhouse stages are under construction. Residents already have access to shared amenities including a recreation area with a pool, barbecues, alfresco dining spaces and Greville Park.
Cedar Woods has not publicly disclosed an end value for the Vera apartment building, though the wider Greville precinct is estimated at around $300 million.
Cedar Woods was established in Perth in 1987 and listed on the ASX in 1994.
The developer has a national portfolio spanning residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
