No Hail Mary Required for Brisbane Place Gamechanger

JGL Properties’ proposed mixed-use precinct has won approval from the Brisbane City Council just 10 weeks after lodgement.
But it didn’t require divine intervention, rather a “highly collaborative prelodgement and assessment process”, according to Urbis director Ben Lyons.
The 38-storey mixed-use development, which includes the resurrection of several heritage buildings, is earmarked for a 5070sq m site spanning nine lots fronting Edward and Charlotte streets, owned by the Catholic archdiocese.
