A Bondi shoptop approval has been reworked into a supersized two-building scheme after the site more than doubled in size through neighbouring acquisitions.
The revised application by HSN Property Group spans 2911sq m across 49-59 Hall Street and 69-71 Roscoe Street—up from the 1166sq m approved in 2023 for a 17-unit mixed-use project at 53-59 Hall Street.
Designed by PBD Architects, the updated scheme introduces affordable housing and adds a residential flat building at Roscoe Street, linked to the Hall Street component via a shared basement.
