Melbourne Builder Bets on Office with Richmond Proposal
A Melbourne builder is betting on the office market, filing plans for a project in the CBD fringe.
AMS Constructions has filed plans for an eight-storey office project with the City of Yarra Council for a 1742.7sq m site at 107-109 Palmer Street, Richmond.
Plans for the project have been drawn up by Voda Building Services.
