Two-Tower Proposal Latest for Villawood Transformation

ABA Group Villawood Towers

A $80-million, two-tower residential and commercial development proposed for Villawood is the latest in a series of projects targeting the western Sydney suburb.

It comes as developers respond to planning changes in the area designed to reverse what has been described as a period of economic decline.

ABA Group, headed by Ahmad Diab, has lodged plans with Fairfield City Council for an 11-storey mixed-use development at 896-898 Woodville Road and 15 Hilwa Street.
