North Sydney Office Towers Shuffle Hands With Billions on Offer
North Sydney offices continue to transact, with Dexus finalising the $600-million sale of a 35-storey commercial tower at 100 Mount Street.
Around the corner, Colliers has exclusively opened an expression of interest campaign for the 14-storey building at 90 Arthur Street. The Urban Developer understands a range of $90 million to $100 million is expected.
The transactions come as highrise residential schemes worth hundreds of millions, and other alternatives to offices, are progressing along Miller Street and elsewhere in North Sydney.
