The popularity of terrace homes is continuing to surge among central Gold Coast home-buyers who want to combine the best of both a house and an apartment.

The launch of Vue Terrace Homes was brought forward to meet high demand, following the success of the developer’s previous project, the $130 million Botanique, which sold out in less than 12 months.
The demand is underpinning powerful values growth, with research by independent property analyst Urbis finding terrace homes in Robina increased in value by 6 per cent per annum during the last 10 years.
Ms Griffen said Vue offered a fresh take on Robina Group’s highly successful terrace home design, with a range of lifestyle attractions and services at the doorstep.
