Your first payment is charged when you join, then at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

Billing periods depend on your plan. TUD+ Executive is billed monthly. TUD+ Professional is billed quarterly or annually.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We email a tax invoice after every payment, and past invoices and your card details sit in your account settings.

Yes. Sign in on your laptop, phone and tablet—your membership follows your account, not the device.

A TUD+ membership is for one person, so it shouldn’t be shared with colleagues. Read more in our Terms and Conditions.

If more than one person at your organisation needs access, a Corporate membership starts at two seats, gives everyone their own login, and costs less than separate individual memberships. Fill out this form and we will set it up.

Yes, from your account settings.

Upgrades apply immediately. We charge the difference between the two plans, pro-rated for the days left in your current billing period, then bill the new rate from your next renewal.

Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period. You keep your current benefits until then, and we don’t refund the difference for the period you have already paid.

Yes, at any time, from your account settings. No phone call or email required.

Cancelling stops your next payment. It doesn’t cut off your access—you can keep reading until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You can rejoin whenever you like.

We don’t refund part-used billing periods. When you cancel, your membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for and we don’t charge you again.

We do assess refund requests case by case. Submit a ticket with your account details and the reason.
