A $80 million boutique apartment community and one of Erskineville’s best kept secrets is set to be unveiled at a grand opening on October 29.
Luxe on Eve, designed by award winning Smith & Tzannes Architects is located in the middle of Erskineville on Eve Street, comprising of 71 apartments spread across two buildings that reach six levels in height.
Ausin Group Director of project marketing Ben Hamblett said the aim for the development is to offer a luxurious setting that epitomises contemporary urban village living.
“The beautifully crafted buildings showcase a diverse selection of apartments, many of which feature private balconies and secluded courtyard gardens surrounded by lush green foliage – Luxe on Eve will set a new benchmark for apartment living in Erskineville.”
“Erskineville offers all the benefits associated with a local village lifestyle combined with the convenience of inner city living.
“The area is undergoing major gentrification, the streetscapes are changing and the area is coming to life. House hunters are expected to embrace the opportunity to purchase an apartment of this caliber in Erskineville. Luxe on Eve is a rare gem in this part of Sydney,” he said.
Smith & Tzannes Architects became the designers for the development after winning a City of Sydney competition in 2015. Their win was a result of their approach to the design, which was to honour the suburbs brick making, tanning and industrial past with today’s rich tapestry of urban village life.
“The beautifully designed copper clad façade sparkles and interacts with its environment. Internally the apartments will be a joy to live in with quality finishes and sun-drenched interiors,” said Smith & Tzannes Architects Director Peter Smith.
Study options and bicycle storage are available with most apartments. Luxe on Eve comprises 2 studios, 28 – 1 beds, 35 – 2 beds and 6 – 3 beds. Fifteen floor plan options are on offer.
Prices start at $595,000 to $619,000 for a studio (55 square metres internal and balcony size, no car spaces), 1 beds are priced from $680,000 to $859,000 (51 to 108 square metres internal and balcony size, most with parking), 2 beds start at $1.099 to $1.275 million (83 to 163 square metres internal and balcony all with parking and some with 2 car spaces) and 3 beds are priced from $1.489 million (113 square metres internal and balcony with parking).
